We're a small business bringing people together over craft cookies and small-batch ice cream. From a favorite cookie flavor to a celebration shared with friends, we put care and warm hospitality into every event.
Our Southern California roots
What started as a popup turned into a mobile dessert truck in 2010, selling craft ice cream sammiches all over Southern California as part of the food truck revolution. In 2015 we opened our first Chunk-N-Chip shop at 4th Street Market, an artisanal culinary hub in historic downtown Santa Ana.
Today, our craft cookies and ice cream made in small batches with a local creamery partner come together at celebrations across Southern California. Our passion for baking and warm hospitality continues in every event we serve.
How we do things
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing to the best of our abilities — from our culinary talent to our front-of-house and catering team, we're all about old-fashioned service that leaves you smiling ear to ear.
We also love a greener, cleaner world: our sporks and paper products are biodegradable, and our cookie boxes and ice cream tubs are reusable. Local ingredients (when possible) further reduce our footprint.
People first, sammiches second
A job at Chunk-N-Chip is more than showing up and scooping ice cream — it's about life lessons and personal development. When we invest in our staff, it shows. While some think old-fashioned values and service died out, we say it's only beginning. ¡Salud!
