What should I include for a useful quote?

Tell us your date, city or venue, estimated guest count, preferred service and dessert choices. Include any delivery deadline, loading restrictions or outside-catering requirements. Let us know about food allergies so we can discuss ingredients and shared-equipment concerns; review our food-allergy information before selecting treats.

How are location and travel reflected in pricing?

Ask for a quote based on your location, guest count, menu and service needs. The proposal should identify the package, minimums, any delivery or travel charges, and the event arrangements. Ask the team to confirm the booking requirements and when your date is secured.

What does the venue need to provide?

Tell us about the dessert space, vendor entrance, loading or parking arrangements, and serving window. Ask the venue about outside-catering approval. Your proposal should confirm which equipment is included, who handles setup and cleanup, and whether the venue needs to supply anything.

Does delivery include staff to serve dessert?

A delivery follows the package's handoff and setup arrangements. If you want a team to serve guests during the event, ask about staffed catering. For a drop-off, confirm who will receive the treats and how they will be stored before serving.

Is pickup available at my event location?

A catering destination and a pickup point are different things. Confirm the current collection location and appointment arrangements when ordering. The Long Beach PO box on our website is a mailing address, not a storefront or pickup point.

Can I book cookies without ice cream?
